QUALIFICATIONS :

Good interpersonal communication skills .

Ability to carry out instructions accurately.

Poses general clerical skills, including proficiency in typing, filing, etc.

Be able to maintain good public relations.

Knowledge and ability to maintain confidentiality of personally identifiable information.

 

REPORTS  TO:           Director of Special Education

 

JOB GOAL:               Provide clerical and secretarial assistance and related support to various departments.

 

PERFORMANCE  RESPONSIBILITIES:

1.  Prepares, correspondence, materials and handout as requested.

2.  Prepares mailings as requested.

3.  Maintain an adequate filing system.

4.  Ability to perform other duties as assigned by administration and related departments.
