ESSENTIAL DUTIES INCLUDE:

Collecting data

Scheduling events (including planning, room scheduling, meal schedules)

Keeping the activities calendar current

Greeting NKESC guests as appropriate

General clerical duties

 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Proficiency in computer operations-data entry and software applications                           

Exemplary interpersonal skills

Dependable and Trustworthy-ability to maintain confidentiality

Ability to listen and communicate to carry out instructions accurately

 

CONTRACT AND SALARY:

Contract period is 243 days

Salary is dependent upon skills and education level
